After two decades of being in law enforcement, and a decade of serving as a 1st Responder and Firefighter, serving in the US Army, and completing 5 Combat tours, and visiting 33 plus countries, I now have returned home both physically and mentally, and continue my next mission.

Too often, one of our brothers are affected by a deployment, a loss of life, a sudden death, workplace or job related incident, struggle with finances, contemplating divorce, anger issues, and a multitude of other demons that try to and can affect our performance in our chosen profession (Including family, kids, school, community, mental health, etc).
At BIA, we want to provide a variety of ways to deal with counseling and crisis intervention, offering different programs, and set in the environment of your chose, to assist the person, family, unit or department in any way that we can. Whether we provide a service ourselves, or collaborate with one of our partners, we are here to help in your fight. You are NOT ALONE!
Our goal is to do whatever it takes to help and assist in getting our heroes back in the fight, back in the game, on the streets, or wherever their AOR is.
All our providers, counselors, volunteers, staff, and support team have been in, or tied to some type of law enforcement, military, or 1st Responder profession. If we are to be our brother's keeper, I feel that we should be brothers... In Arms, and Christ (Prov 17.17).
